DANS LA VIE RIRA SUGAWARA

早稲田大学大学院在学中よりプリントデザインを始める。フランス人のアトリエでのプリントデザイナーを経て,オリジナルプリントのブランドDANS LA VIEを設立。翌年、洋服、雑貨のコレクションラインを立ち上げ、CGアニメ映画、国内外のメーカー、デザイナーとのコラボなどプリントアートの展開としてのfashionを志向する。Paris,Milan,Berlin,NY,London,Tokyo、デザイナーが訪れた各都市の日常、pop art, Ｒｅｎｅｓｓａｎｃｅのマリアなどのモチーフからインスピレーションを得たコラージュプリント、コーティングした素材、ミニマルなデザインのMaterial Mode シリーズは、欧米でも高い評価を受け、2011,12FW, 2012SSは、Londonで、単独Showをやる。

Rira started printing design while she was in Waseda University Graduate School. After an experience as a print designer for a French atelier, she has set up her original print brand"DANS LA VIE" and the clothing and product collection lines in next year. Her range of activities has extended widely to include computer animated movies and collaboration with domestic and overseas designers, and makers. Paris, Milan, Berlin, NY, London, Tokyo, daily life of her visiting city, pop art, Renessance Maria and so on, they are inspirational to her collage print, coated material, minimal design series "Material Mode". They are appreciated in Europe and USA etc. For 2011,12Fall Winter and 2012 Spring Summer Collection, she held a solo show in London.
