ROYAL CHIE

1977年 今井千恵を中心に女性4人が集まって輸入販売を目的とする貿易会社、レイナ貿易株式会社（現・レイナ株式会社）を設立。1978年 ファーブランド、ロイヤル ファーのデザインを開始する。1991年 宮内庁御用達であった株式会社フタバファーを引き継ぐ。1993年 ロイヤル チエを発表。1999年ニューヨーク毛皮コレクションに、アジア人初のデザイナーとして招かれ、コレクションショーを開催。2002年度世界女性起業家40人に選出され、パリで受賞。NY マディソンアヴェニューにロイヤル チエをオープン。2006年 コペンハーゲンファーパープルレーベルを取得受賞。2008年帝人グループによって開発されたエコ素材とラグジュアリーなファーを融合させた作品を発表。2009年ロイヤル　チエ　初のキッズコレクションを発表。2010年本格芋焼酎「MORRIS(モーリス)」を誕生させる。2011年人民広場近くに、上海オフィスを開設。

In 1977, Imai established Reina trading Co.Ltd. (Reina Co.Ltd.) with other three female coworkers dealing with importing and selling. She started designing a fur brand, “Royal Fur” in 1978. In 1991, Imai inherited the royal warrant company “Futaba Fur”. She released “Royal Chie” in 1993. Imai was invited to particiate Fur Information Council of America Fashion Week 1999, and held her first fashion show in New York as the first Asian designer. She was selected as one of the 40 female entrepreneurs in the world 2002 and won a prize in Paris. Imai opened Royal Chie boutique on Madison Ave. NY, certified as a shop dealing with products getting Purple Label which is titled by Copenhagen Fur. In 2008, Imai created a fusion of ecological material developed by the Teijin Group, and the luxurious, highest quality farmed furs. Children's fur collection was showcased first time in Royal Chie collection in 2009. Produced “MORRIS”, authentic Shochu, a distilled spirit native to Japan, instead of perfume in 2010. Shanghai office open near the People's Square in 2011.
